Once, there was a pair of wanderers who are traveling. They, are now crossing the vast desert. As long as the eye could see, there is only sand that stretched horizon. Tread-existing footprints behind them, forming a trail that was not broken. Meandering structure, looks like a curve line, which culminate in each step through which they pass. Occasionally dust the sand hit the body, and make them run to duck, to avoid the little storm. Suddenly, there was a big storm coming. Its very strong gusts, making their bodies swaying, and dizziness. The strong blows that immediately makes the ends of their garments fluttering, and push their bodies toward the rear. Fortunately, they were holding, and can withstand the storm. However, there are other disasters that may befall them. Open their drinking supplies, and carried by strong winds earlier. 'Ah ... we will die of thirst here, 'said one traveler.

Managing Change Start with Small Steps!
Managing change: Nothing start with giant leap, everything starts with small steps. All big changes in the world begin with small steps.
When we are just toddlers, we learn to take small steps and stumble before we could walk and run, and we learn ABC before we could spell the whole words and pronounce it correctly. So what’s the different with the rest of the learning, why are we rushing through giant steps when we are stumbling in our small steps?" It is better to take many small steps in the right direction than to make a great leap forward only to stumble backward." ~ Chinese proverbs.
Therefore, my friends:
1) Begin the journey with small steps. Take the small steps and watch them grow.
2) A journey of a thousand miles begins with one small step. If you never start, you never move from the very spot you are standing now, and yes, you are moving nowhere! And you never arrived either!
3) Have you heard of people been complaining on and on about their misery and their life, but years after years, you see they are still living in the same situations, same complain. And you wonder why? Why haven’t they make the changes if life is so misery for them to sustain in the circumstances?
4) There are couples of reasons why people are not taking steps even when they are just small steps to begin with:
* Making changes and managing changes are hard.
* Taking the first step is always the most painful and fearful. Reaching out to the unknown world, moving out from our comfort zone and fear of rejection paralyzing us from taking steps forward!
* Fear of failure, we gives ourselves reasons not to move forward, because we fear of failure and fear to admit that we are incapable. It’s better to blame the fact and left it to unknown.
* You see the "giant" is too big to conquer, and you give up even before you tried. No point of trying when you know you’re bound to be failed. It’s easier to live in "hope" than to go and conquer the unknown.
* Some just need to live in the "pain", and continues to complain about the misery life has cruelly presented them with, and surprisingly, that’s gives them a motive to move on with life.
5) Are those the excuses you’ve been giving yourself and stopping you from stepping forward and take change and managing changes in your life? Take heart my friend, and take the leap of faith, there is a wonderful world of unknown out there.
Begin the journey to undercover the mystery of life, and yes, you’ll get hurt, but the gifts of life is just out there within your reach if only you could just step down from your chair and take the steps. Just a small step, just put your right/left leg out and takes the steps. Remember, when you are young, you parents standing not far from you with their hands outstretch waiting for you to reach them…. The same with life!!

Therefore friends, don’t hesitate, just take the first step today, small steps leads to thousand miles, and it’s all begin with a small step forward. Remember, no changes was made with giant leap, everyone, even the most successful person today, start somewhere with a small steps.
Managing changes forward steps Keep moving in the right direction (this is called goal setting) and keep moving, you will see progress day after day. Take the step, and you can look behind and see how much progress you’ve made. Remember the first step to managing change is to have the courage to take the first step!!
A toddler keeps looking backward when he start learning to walk, and when he looks back and notice how far he has move from the 1st stop, he will greatly encouraged and keep moving. You will be greatly surprised.
The same goes to us, moving ahead keeps us encouraged!! Success is not measured by where we going, but how far we have gone from the 1st spot we’ve standing.
Even a habit could be changed if you continuously making an obvious and conscious effort to change it. It’s believed that a new habit will be developed after 21 days.
So if you have something in your mind today, don’t think too far or too much, just take the steps and follow the flow, what could worst happen – it could be successful or it could be failing, or it could lead to some other opportunities, or it could make you meet new friends, experiencing new skills and faces new challenges or go to places that you never dream you will be going or doing something that you never dream you’ll doing.
Worst come to worst, at least you tried and you’ve learned from the experience. No one can take away the experience you have, and you will carry that through your life. So go ahead my friends, first take the steps, then we talk about next steps!!

1) Begin the journey with small steps. Take the small steps and watch them grow.
2) A journey of a thousand miles begins with one small step. If you never start, you never move from the very spot you are standing now, and yes, you are moving nowhere! And you never arrived either!
3) Have you heard of people been complaining on and on about their misery and their life, but years after years, you see they are still living in the same situations, same complain. And you wonder why? Why haven’t they make the changes if life is so misery for them to sustain in the circumstances?
4) There are couples of reasons why people are not taking steps even when they are just small steps to begin with:
* Making changes and managing changes are hard.
* Taking the first step is always the most painful and fearful. Reaching out to the unknown world, moving out from our comfort zone and fear of rejection paralyzing us from taking steps forward!
* Fear of failure, we gives ourselves reasons not to move forward, because we fear of failure and fear to admit that we are incapable. It’s better to blame the fact and left it to unknown.
* You see the "giant" is too big to conquer, and you give up even before you tried. No point of trying when you know you’re bound to be failed. It’s easier to live in "hope" than to go and conquer the unknown.
* Some just need to live in the "pain", and continues to complain about the misery life has cruelly presented them with, and surprisingly, that’s gives them a motive to move on with life.
