10 Attitude for Happy Life

1. Deliver anxiety & fear.
Fear & anxiety is just imagination, the mind will be an event in the future that do not necessarily happen, most of the things you worry & fear which never happened! It's all only in your mind.

2. Dispose of revenge.
Anger & resentment which will only suck the energy saved yourself & only bring fatigue SOUL, throw!

3. Stop Complaining.
Complaining means always accept what is not present, you unconsciously carry negative charges.

4. When There are Problems, Complete one by one.
Only this is the way to handle each problem one by one.

5. Sleep well.
All problem need not be brought to bed.
This is bad & unhealthy, get used to sleep in comfort.

6. Stay away from other people's business.
Let other people's problems into their own affairs. They have their own way to deal with any problem.

7. Currently Live In, Not the Past.
Enjoy the past as memories, do not depend on it.
Concentrate your life on the event today, because what you have is today, not yesterday, not tomorrow.
"Be totally present"

8. Be a good listener.
As a listener, you learn & gain new ideas different from others.

9. Think Positive.
Frustration comes from negative thoughts.
Returned thinking positive. Befriend people who think positive and get involved with positive activities.

10. Be thankful.
Be thankful for small things that will be bringing you on the big things.
No matter how small the gift of who you are receiving, will produce great things & slalu take you to the joy when you are grateful.
